It’s a huge author milestone to see your book in a supermarket, as slots are so competitive and often go to big brand names, so I was over the moon to see My Type on Paper stocked in ASDA – and chosen as their teen […]
I am delighted that My Type on Paper is out today! I’ve loved working on this fun summer romance with Scholastic, especially as a big Love Island fan. Available online at Amazon, ASDA, Waterstones and WHSmiths now! 100% my type on paper…or not? When Maya […]
I’m made up to see Listen Up hit the shelves today – it’s been so much fun collaborating on this brilliant book. Congratulations Vick and Roman! Jason Cockroft has done a stellar job with the illustrations, and check out the glorious, red sprayed edges…
From Capital Breakfast hosts Roman Kemp and Vick Hope comes this brilliantly funny book.
At their school, Arthur and Grace rein supreme: after all, they’re the cool kids. They’re also the radio kids, and between them they run the schools top two radio shows. Which means that as well as being the most popular kids, Grace and Arthur are also the biggest rivals.
So when a storm hits their school during a surprisinglypopular chess tournament, and a blackout ensues, they can’t wait to scoop each other by being the first to report on the storm. But things get complicated the very next day when their teacher tells them that the real scoop isn’t the storm; it’s the missing trophy.
Suddenly Arthur and Grace are in well over their heads. But with the whole school relying on them, there’s no backing out now.
If anyone can figure out this mess, it’s Arthur and Grace. After all, if you rule the airwaves, you rule the school…
I’m thrilled to be collaborating with star radio hosts Vick Hope and Roman Kemp on their hilarious mystery middle-grade debut, Listen Up. I love Vick and Roman on Capital, and I’m so excited to work with them, Scholastic and Jason Cockroft on this exciting new […]
To celebrate the launch of Friendship Fails of Emma Nash, my brilliant new publicist Nina Douglas organised a panel event at Waterstones on the topic of writing friendships and relationships. I was joined by the amazing Kate Leaver (author of The Friendship Cure) and Katie Webber (author of Only Love Can Break Your Heart) and we got into all things buddy and romance related.
Afterwards, we headed to the pub for #drinkYA and a big thanks to Jim Dean and Julianne Benford for helping to organise that.
Thanks to everyone who came, I had such a wonderful evening!
So excited that the second book in Emma Nash’s adventures hits bookshops today! Also, it releases alongside a fancy new cover for book 1. Now she’s done looking for love, Emma’s expecting life to be a breeze, but with all her best friends in relationships […]
I’d never been to Wales before, so I jumped at the opportunity to go and be on this YA Lit panel in Cardiff! My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend visiting, and I loved being part of the fab discussion in Cardiff Central Library with Muhammad Khan, Amy Wilson and Julia Ember.
Thanks to the wonderful Karen Bultiauw for organising!
